We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from iDROID. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 15 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling or other additional charges.
The item must be returned in good condition, in original boxes, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full credit. Please see our Return Rules and Restrictions and Return Exceptions below before returning your item.
Information for international customers or customers traveling internationally: Products purchased on IDROIDUSA.com, our call center or through our retail locations in the US, Canada & EU cannot be returned for refund or warranty repair at any of our respective locations.
Return Rules and Restrictions
- Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery.
- You must include the return portion of the original packing slip. Be certain to save copies for your records.
- Shipping and handling costs and other additional charges are non-refundable.
- We will not accept CODs or third party billing for returned merchandise.
- If there is extensive damage to an item upon delivery, call a Customer Care Representative immediately at [email protected]
- You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 15-20 days of our receiving your returned product.
- If you choose to return your online purchase to one of our retail stores, you must present the original packing slip, Ship Confirmation e-mail or your online purchase receipt displayed during Checkout. Without a receipt of any kind, you will be issued a Gift Card (or exchange) for the most recent selling price of the item.
- Items purchased at a retail store may NOT be returned to our online store.
- Some items purchased online may NOT be returned to a retail store. Check the packing slip for specific instructions.
Our standard return policies do not apply to all items. If an item cannot be returned, it will be noted beside the item on the product detail page and in your Shopping Cart.
Non-refundable items include:
- Software and accessories associated with the product purchased
- electronic media products that are not defective (CD-ROMs, DVDs, Computer Games, Software,)
Software and Games will be accepted as a return if the package is unopened, or as an exchange if the Software or Game is defective.
A defective item may be repaired or replaced within 30 days of purchase under our Warranty Policy or within the manufacturer's warranty period, whichever is longer. You can always Contact Us for further assistance.
